WARRANTY REGISTRATION

NEWEN^®’s products are warranted upon delivery to conform to the applicable published specifications and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from delivery. No warranty shall extend to rapid wear parts and to any products or parts which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident (including during shipment) or improper handling, installation, modification made without NEWEN^®’s express consent, or repair, services not certified by NEWEN^®. Any products which are defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced at NEWEN^®’s option at no charge to the purchaser. Final determination as to whether a product is defective rest with NEWEN^®. Please refer to NEWEN^®’s General Conditions of Sales for further information.

The rights under this warranty are limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to subsequent owners.

IMPORTANT: Please retain your original invoice as it is your Proof of Purchase covering your warranty.
The warranty is void if the equipment has been tampered with or customized, visibly damaged by alteration, misuse, accident or neglect, or exposed to extremes of temperature or humidity. The warranty becomes void if the serial number is defaced or removed.

NOTE: Your registration MUST be on file with NEWEN^® within 14 days of purchasing this equipment to validate the warranty.
