Very flexible, the CONTOUR-CS™ goes from one
cylinder head to another in record time with
very few adjustments and only one single tool
to do it all.
Simple and reliable, it features two
numerically
controlled axes and can
ream up to 65mm
(2.56") long valve
guides and features mechanical and
electrical characteristics facilitating the
machining of valve guides and valve
seats in automatic mode and in series
(combined machining cycle available).
Significantly improves both the cutting
tools life and the surface finish.
